You can create an Activity in the system to log events that you want to keep track of. Here are a list of Activities in Campaign Deputy;

  • Email
  • Phone Call – Migration in progress from Call Time Manager
  • Task – Launching Q2 2020

Adding Activity from a Person

You can add an Activity from a Person’s profile via the Action menu. This will add it to their profile, and log that you were the person who recorded the action. The Add Call and Add Activity will be merging in Q2 of 2020.
