AND versus OR when searching

Translating common phrases to a search a computer can understand is easy once you know how the logic functions.

For instance, take a search of “I want anyone who lives in 40222 and 47130”. To our servers, someone cannot live in both 40222 AND 47130, they can live in either 40222 or 47130.  The table below shows the difference between the two settings.
